Ortolana (GLUTEN-FREE)

Ortolana is Italian for "from the garden." This is our rotating white (without sauce) pizza and it changes its recipe based upon what is in-season.

Though we try our best to keep the gluten-free pizzas separate from the wheat flour, we are not a gluten-free environment. Please take this information into consideration.
